The only band that deserves the name The Nothings, (there are about 30 worldwide), are THE NOTHINGS from Berlin.
Why? Because that`s what they are: Nothings. They don`t have songideas, they don`t care what they sound like and when they recorded the release of I GOT BURNED they took the first take, because they are also incredibly lazy. They are also quite the opposite of young and beautiful and they aren`t members of GEMA. (too square)
What they love: Drugs. And the music of THE FALL. Their manager is convinced he is working with 5 individual bands rather than a band with 5 members. The record-cover consists of Nothing and in a weird way they made everything completely right: THE NOTHINGS made "I GOT BURNED " the
most remarkable Punk/NoWave Record that came out in years. LOUISVILLE RECORDS couldn`t resist to take them on and put out this record.

I love "I Got Burned!" I can picture myself drinking some VSOP on the beach and catching some tasty waves as I check out the babes!!!!! It's go that "I'm Glad It's Summer Feel". You guys are definately "Something!"
